- Hot chocolate
Lunch:
- Black bean soup
- Yogurt
- Dr. P
- Veggie crisps (some new fangled chips, supposedly made with “Rice, potatoes, and vegetables”. Based on the ingredients, the vegetable is pumpkin.)
- Half an apple
- Dove chocolates
Dinner:
- Leftover shrimp/chicken pasta from Macaroni Grill (I’ll be going over my chicken limit this week)
- Milk
I walked the usual route.
