Week 5 Day 2 Food

Breakfast:

  • Hot chocolate

Lunch:

  • Black bean soup
  • Yogurt
  • Dr. P
  • Veggie crisps (some new fangled chips, supposedly made with “Rice, potatoes, and vegetables”.  Based on the ingredients, the vegetable is pumpkin.)
  • Half an apple
  • Dove chocolates

Dinner:

  • Leftover shrimp/chicken pasta from Macaroni Grill (I’ll be going over my chicken limit this week)
  • Milk

 

I walked the usual route.

Week 5 Day 1 Food

Breakfast:

  • VMHC

Lunch:

  • Red pepper soup
  • Crackers
  • Tropicana Orangeade
  • Applesauce
  • Chips ahoy

Snack:

  • Trail mix

Dinner:

  • Cheese ravioli with tomato sauce
  • Green salad with jicama, tangerine, pomegranate, goat cheese, red onion, vinaigrette
  • bread
  • Milk

Week 4 Summary

Walked: 5 (plus Sunday’s lunch)

 

I feel pretty much the same.  This week will be challenging, and I probably won’t meet my goals since I’ll be traveling for Thanksgiving.  We’ll see how we do.

Week 4 Day 7 Food

Breakfast:

  • None

Lunch:

We made some black bean soup, but it wasn’t close to being ready for lunch.  My parents were visiting, so we decided to walk and get something to eat.  We tried to go to the new Cheesecake Factory, but the wait was nearly 2 hours (it isn’t that great, people).  So, we walked across the street to Macaroni Grill.

  • Shrimp and chicken scaloppini (mushrooms, artichokes, etc)
  • Pasta
  • Lemonade
  • Apple cobbler/ice cream thing for dessert

Dinner:

  • Black bean soup
  • Sour cream
  • Tangerine and pomegranate (pretty tasty mixed together)
  • White grape juice
  • A couple pieces dark chocolate

 

I walked the usual route, even though we’d already walked a fair distance during our lunch adventures.
