Week 8 Day 4 Food

Breakfast:

  • Blueberry scone

Lunch

  • Giant cheeseburger at the Canyons ski resort
  • Fries
  • Cookie

Dinner:

  • Grilled cheese
  • Leftover veggie and barley soup
  • Milk

 

I didn’t walk.  Sort of tired from skiing.

Week 8 Day 3 Food

Breakfast:

  • VMHC

Lunch:

  • Leftover thai (veggie/tofu panang curry and rice)
  • Clementines
  • Dove chocolate

Dinner:

  • Barley and vegetable soup
  • Garlic toast
  • Milk
  • Ice cream

Week 7 Summary

Friday was salmon day, it seems.  I think I’ve learned to “value” my meat and poultry more; I feel like I wasted my “allotment” when I ate crappy burrito and crappy Subway sandwich.

I’m still feeling about the same.  I’m very curious if there’s been an affect on my cholesterol, but I think I’ll wait a while before I test it again.

* leftover white bean/tuna salad

Week 7 Day 5 Food

Comment on Day 4 food: I don't know if it was the ice cream or the burrito from last night (my money is on the burrito), but I didn't feel great this morning. Not sick, but not as good as usual. I just felt sort of "full" still, which shouldn't be the case overnight.
