Week 7 Day 4 Food

Breakfast:

  • bagel

Lunch:

  • Leftover risotto
  • Green beans
  • Yogurt
  • pineapple
  • Dr. P
  • Two mini candy bars

Dinner (Chipotle):

  • Carnitas burrito with black beans, rice, etc.
  • Izze soda
  • Cold Stone Creamery ice cream

 

Frankly, I don’t see what the allure of Chipotle is.  It was your average giant mediocre burrito that you can get anywhere.  This is the first/last time I plan on going there.

Back on track after the holiday weekend.

No huge improvements in the way I feel, but maybe a little bit better.  Could be placebo, though

  • white bean/tuna salad
  • Crackers
  • Yogurt/berries
  • Milk
  • Chips ahoy

Dinner:

  • Penne/tomato sauce/romano
  • Green beans
  • Milk
  • Cashews

  • Leftover mushroom/leek risotto
  • Green beens
  • Yogurt/berries
  • Red Butte turtle cheesecake
  • coffee

Dinner:

  • White bean and tuna salad
  • Pita
  • Hummus
  • Milk

Lunch (Red Iguana):

  • Fish tacos/guacamole
  • Rice
  • Chips/salsa
  • Corona

Dinner:

  • Spinach fettuccine with tomato gorgonzola sauce and pinenuts
  • Salad
  • Bread
  • Milk
  • Choc chip cookies

  • Tilapia

  • Chicken with mushroom, artichoke, red pepper sauce
  • Green beans
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Milk
  • Choc chip cookies

  • Caesar salad
  • Fruit
  • Milk
  • Chocolate

Snack:

  • Yogurt

Dinner:

  • Mushroom/leek risotto
  • Green beans
