Breakfast:
- Vending machine hot chocolate at work (free, and I don't usually eat breakfast - I'm not usually hungry)
Lunch/snack:
- Minestrone soup (homemade)
- BBQ potato chips
- Whole wheat bagel
- Peanut butter
- Some fresh pineapple
- Yoplait Light yogurt
- Can Dr. Pepper
Dinner:
- Salad (greens, onions, apples, grapes, walnuts, celery, blue cheese dressing)
- Whole wheat pita
- Hummus
- Chocolate brownie with nuts
- Glass of 1% milk
Did I walk? Yes. The usual route.
This morning I weighed 165 lbs.
