Week 3 Day 7 Food

Breakfast:

  • Toast with butter
  • OJ
  • Hot chocolate (milk & quik)

 

Lunch (I had my meat allotment left, and I didn’t want to waste it on a McD cheeseburger, so we went to Red Robin):

  • Bonzai burger
  • Fries (and fry sauce – yummy)
  • Dr. P

 

Dinner (I made split pea soup in the crockpot):

  • Split pea soup (vegan)
  • OJ

 

I walked the usual route.
