Last night’s giant dinner was way too much. I didn’t feel red hot this morning, so I think I’m going to take it easy on the food today.
Breakfast:
- Clementine
Lunch:
- A few Wheat Thins
- Clementine
Snack:
- Choc. Chip cookie
Dinner:
- Ginger carrot soup
- Salad with fruit, etc.
- bread
- Milk
I didn’t walk.
