Week 12 Day 3 Food

Breakfast:

  • Tangerine juice
  • VMHC

Lunch:

  • Tilapia with black bean/mango salsa
  • Rice
  • Cauliflower
  • Cookie
  • Dr. P

Snack:

  • Animal crackers
  • Mandarin orange fruit cup

Dinner:

  • Chicken picatta
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Broccoli
  • Milk
  • Bread with artichoke spread
