First week summary
Well, I managed to keep my goals for the week. I ate a fair amount of fish, but I only ate one chicken breast, and some ground beef in the chili on Saturday. I walked 5 nights. Overall, I don't feel much different. My right hip and hamstring are killing me, though. It woke me up this morning. I don't know if I'm sleeping wrong, or if it is something to do with my knee, or what. Stay tuned.
