Week 2 Day 2 Food

Breakfast:

  • VMHC

Lunch:

  • wrap with hummus, roasted peppers, avocado, lettuce and swiss cheese
  • yogurt
  • can Dr. Pepper
  • pretzel chips
  • half a Choxie bar

Dinner:

  • wheat penne with homemade meatballs and tomato sauce (the best I've ever had - thanks honey!)
  • salad
  • garlic bread
  • ice cream

We didn't walk today.
