Sunday Food

Breakfast:
  • Two slices wheat toast with almond butter
  • OJ
  • Hot chocolate (milk and Quik)

Lunch:

  • Leftover spaghetti with mushroom sauce
  • salad (lettuce, apples, walnuts, blue cheese dressing)
  • yogurt smoothie

Dinner:

  • White bean and tuna salad (with walnuts, onions, green olives)
  • Two slices wheat toast
  • Milk
  • cookies

We walked today.
