Breakfast:
- Yogurt smoothie (no VMHC today)
Lunch:
- Leftover clam chowder (the last of it)
- Bread
- Milk
- pineapple
- A few crackers
- A few Dove dark chocolate pieces
Dinner:
- Salmon with onions, artichoke hearts, olives, capers, asparagus (pretty darn good, if I do say so myself, since I made it up)
- Leftover Israeli couscous (I usually make the salmon on steamed rice, but I think I like it better on the couscous)
- A few (ok, several) Chips Ahoy (I couldn’t resist)
- Milk
We walked the usual route.
