Breakfast:

I had a few chocolate covered almonds while I was poking around the house.
Lunch:
- Rice/bean/veggie concoction
- Yogurt and berries
- Apple juice
Dinner:
- Spinach salad with fruit, nuts, cheese
- Sweet potatoes
- Stuffed olives
- Cheese dip/chips
- Cream puffs
- Chocolate cake
- Sparkling cider and juice
I didn’t walk.
