Week 5 Day 5 Food

Breakfast:

  • Nothing

Lunch (“Taste” in Berkeley):

  • Salami/mustard appetizer
  • Prosciutto/olive tapenade appetizer
  • Bread
  • Salmon in lemongrass beurre noir sauce
  • Niman beef/fontina/black pepper aioli/roasted tomatoes/onions/crimini (the best burger I’ve ever had)
  • Blood orange sorbet/cinnamon gelato

Dinner (“Cugini” in Albany):

  • Olives
  • Bread
  • Caesar salad
  • Cheese ravioli with creamy pesto

Later that night:

  • Spiced hot apple cider

 

We walked in Tilden Park during the afternoon.
