Week 5 Day 7 Food

Breakfast:

  • Nothing

Lunch (Mimi’s):

  • Veggie stack sandwich
  • Cole slaw
  • Part of a bran muffin

Dinner:

  • Big salad (greens, pomegranate, tangerine, apple, onion, olives, vinaigrette)
  • Bread
  • Milk

 

We walked the usual route.
